Yvonne Gregory's 30 years of creative design experience began with her construction/interior design firm in Los Angeles that included a design and art gallery.

Her gallery provided a unique selection of merchandise including archival art framing, sculpture, pottery, original works of art from local and nationally known artists, antiques and accessories from around the world, as well as her creative design services. It drew clientele to her and allowed her to showcase her upper end residential, light commercial renovations and addition capabilities.

Relocating to Charleston in 1988, she expanded her expertise. Her successfully completed projects include:

• Conceptually designed, merchandised and installed over 30 model homes and sales centers for local and national home builders in Charleston, Florence and Myrtle Beach. Five of these won the highly coveted PRISM (Professional Recognition in Sales & Marketing) award from the Charleston Trident Home Builder’s Association.
• Assisted builders in choosing their option and color selections for their buyers and their speculative homes.
• Provided design consultation to numerous homeowners and businesses.
• Designed and built several custom luxury homes valued at over $1,000,000.00.
• Designed and executed a comprehensive remodel of a five radio station complex, where she provided everything from the conceptual design and installation of the 20,000 square feet of commercial space to creating 16 pieces of original art.
• Conducted remodeling seminars for the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association.
• Served on the Wild Dunes Architectural Review Board.
